Re-start October 11, 2010..6 week countdown

I am re-starting my Weight Loss challenge...6 weeks to lose 10 lbs...for the Holidays. I will use the next 6 weeks to get my final 10 off. I have been successful in maintaining the weight I have lost. I did weigh in at 121.5lbs this morning..so just a little up from my all time low of 118. I will get it off in no time. I am now doing Bootcamp at DDAC and Pilates. My running group is starting up again this week for the Fall session. I will be back to pacing the Intermediate group...7-11 miles from now until the first week of December.

Gearing up for the holidays so should reach my goal a few days before Thanksgiving. I will conquer this last 10...using
Sparkpeople nutrition once again to keep track of my food log.

Today I did a Pilates class..Great workout as usual!!

July 23rd TGIF!!

Got a great workout in Spinning class today...burned some major calories and now just home taking a load off for a minute. I will start coaching next month...in just a few weeks and would like to make some major hurdles by getting as close to my goal of 110 pounds as possible. I am concentrating on my abs these next couple of weeks...this is my weakest link.

I started using the Pilates machines at the gym in my community...great for the abs!!!

July 5, Milestone accomplished!!

I have reached a big milestone in my weight loss journey...I have broken out of the 120s and entered into the teens. Oh yeah- I am accomplishing my goal and even though it is taking a little longer than I planned...I am doing it!!

I have not been here since before pregnancy with Katarina...almost 7 years ago!! I will conquer this battle, I will get to my goal...it is on the horizon and just a matter of time!

Wednesday, June 23rd..

After 2 steps forward and one backward...I really think I can conquer this and get my weight off. Nothing compares to have you feel after a good day of eating and working out. Laying in bed feeling better as I get my rest on after a long day. Your body really feels like it is operating at optimum potential when you feed and treat your body right.

I love the way this feels!!!

June 22nd!!! Day ???

I found an awesome site...Sparkpeople.com

I knew about it before but never took advantage of the Nutrition and Fitness sections on this site. It is totally free to register and you can plan out your meals or use their suggested meals to organize your weight loss goal. It is very cool because after you plan your meals out you can analyze your foods for the day.

This Nutrtion plan tells you if you are in your range of calories, protein, carbs and fat for the day. I really like it. It will be the tool to get me to my weight loss goal of the Final 10 off. I actually think I like it better than the Weight Watchers plan..

Day 9 Oh my Aching muscles

Doubled up on the workout yesterday..Body Combat- kickboxing my way into fitness and then last night with Belly Dancing. I literally fell into bed last night after a hot shower and every muscle ached from head to toe. Eating well today and probably going to take a day off of working out. I ran on Saturday and did Body Pump on Monday so it took its toll on me as of last night.

Of course taking a day off today could mean another double workout tomorrow...Listen to your Body..that is my motto for today.

Thursday, June 10th..Is it all Worth it? Hell Yeah!

So you say is it all worth taking the time to eat right, and exercise so that you can lose weight. I say Hell Yeah...it is. Proof to all the time and energy you spend to lose the weight...Go Shopping and Buy clothes.

Today, I went out and bought a Size 6 Lucky Brand jeans and a Size 5 American Eagle jeans. Bought some nice sleeveless shirts in Medium ...thats right not Large and not a size 8 or 9 any longer. I am in a great size...it looks good and I feel great.

And that my Friend is all Worth the while. So before you put that next bit of food in your mouth..Think about it. My motto...Nothing tastes as Good as being Thin Feels...Oh yeah!!!
