Today I took a Spin class- 45 minutes and then walked home. Ate good, went over 7 points today but have logged in 34 points of activity this week. Stuck to the SBD until this evening while logging my points on WW. Taking 2 diets intwined with a couple of Fitness routines...DDAC, RRF, Transformation Belly Dancing. I will conquer this, I will be the Best I can BE!!!
Fitness is good, Fitness feels Right, Fitness is what I Live For, Fitness is a Huge part of my Life.. This is My Focus...This is ME!!
