June 8th- I started my journey yesterday still in Recuperation mode from my big weekend doing the RTO. I decided to take an additional day off from working out as my legs are still feeling it. Ate well until we decided to go to a buffet for dinner. Buffets are definitely not good for eating on plan. I overdid it last night by eating too many points...35 as my proposed 19 that I should eat daily. Never the less I still have points left in my weekly and fitness plan so still within the budget for the week.
Today, I decided to pull out my South Beach Diet book and follow along with this plan while logging my points. The first 2 weeks cuts out certain carbs such as breads, rice and potatoes. You eat carbs like certain veggies and totally omit fruits. I am going to give this a whirl. I had started SBD before and found it hard to stick to the first couple of weeks but I would really like to jump start my Final 10 weight loss. It is Mind over Matter....Nothing tastes as good as being Thin Feels...Your Attitude determines your Altitude!!! I want to win this Final 10 and I need to pull out all stops and do it.
Today I am going to Body Combat, and tonight I am going to Belly dancing. Challenges for the day are a barbecue at the park. Got to skip the roll on the burger and eat veggies on the side. No chips, No dessert for me. That is the plan when it comes to SBD...Off to log in my points now.
