I have made leaps in bounds in my Fitness thru my last blog, 150 days to Fitness. I accomplished a 20lb weight loss, ran a 1/2 marathon and completed the Reno Tahoe Odyssey run. A relay run of 178 miles with 12 team members over a 24 hour period.
I am very proud of my accomplishments but still have a goal that I have not entirely reached. I still have 10 lbs to go and would like to accomplish this over the next 10 weeks. I am shooting to lose at least 1 lb a week, if more than I will reach my goal faster. I will continue to follow the Weight Watchers plan, at least for the next 6 weeks. I may do some changes to shake things up but I have found when you follow the plan and keep within your points ,,,you will lose weight. The great thing about the Weight Watchers plan is you can eat what you want..you just need to log in the points and know that when you are done eating for the day you can't eat anymore. Of course there are extra points you can use from the weekly points and exercise points to have more for the day. I have found they are really easy to fall back on and I would like to try to not use them as much so I can get this final 10 lbs off.
I will continue my exercise which is classes at Double Diamond Athletic Club, pacing with Reno Running and Fitness and my newest class is Belly Dancing. An awesome core workout that is fun to do since I have some friends doing it as well.
Onward...I will conquer this 10 lbs...Mind over Matter...It Works!!!
